Examining lessons learned is a fundamental process in public health emergency management. It fosters continuous improvement, enhances preparedness and response, and ultimately helps protect the health and well-being of communities during crises.
In this course we will examine the lessons learnt, we will learn how to capture learning from incidents and exercises as well as learn how to conduct action planning, monitor progress and use operational tools.
How does the course work?
This course has three modules followed by an assessment.
We recommend following the module sequence, then taking the assessment.
The pass mark for assessment is 80%.
In order to acquire the certificate, you must complete all the modules and pass the assessment.
