As the African Union Member States move to align with the Continental Framework for Mortality Surveillance, the Africa CDC has developed an Operational Guide that provides practical guide for establishing and implementing mortality surveillance. The Operational guide provides step by step processes to guide:

- Formulating optimal system designs based on assessments
